A little about myself:
I am currently a Senior studying Journalism at BU. I graduate in the Fall of 2017 and will be applying to law school following my graduation to pursue a career as a lawyer in Mergers & Acquisitions. For myself, I always wanted to study Journalism for my undergrad because I believe writing is the essential key to building a great foundation of skills. Many lawyers take the cliched route of studying political science but I sought out to do something different and something I loved.
Ever since I was a teen growing up in Andover, MA, I always admired sports journalists like Bob Ryan, Skip Bayless, Jackie Macmullan and others. I am also a huge Boston sports fan, something I learned from my Dad and there hasn’t been one New England Patriots or Boston Celtics game that I’ve missed in over 10 years. My love for sports grew even more as I played football in High School and fell in love with the game. Now in College, my interest in Business & Economics reporting has grown and my field of interest has only continued to grow.
You can catch some of my work on CelticsLife.com, where I cover the Boston Celtics with game recaps, news articles, columns, etc. It is one of the most followed independent NBA websites on the internet and I’ve been published and referred to by websites like BleacherReport and SBNation. I also have done some freelance work for newspapers like the Worcester Telegram & Gazette, which published my Business cover story last month.
